Your tasks

You handle faults and service requests in 1st and 2nd level support on site in our goods service center in Sachsenheim

You are responsible for the installation, configuration, construction and monitoring of all types of client hardware (desktop, notebook, Mac, printer, scanner, mobile devices)

Your work is documented in the ticket system

You are actively involved in the planning and implementation of IT projects

You support the further development and implementation of security standards

your profile

You have professional training as an IT specialist for system integration or have comparable knowledge

You have very good knowledge of Office 365, Windows 10 & 11 and Active Directory

You have a good basic knowledge of information security and the associated standards

You are familiar with tools for automatic software distribution

You enjoy working independently and have a strong service orientation

Ideally, you have good written and spoken English skills
