The non-profit Rhenish Education Center (GRB) runs various educational programs in the areas of school, university and vocational training. The aim of all programs is to promote the individual integration success of people whose native language is not German through holistic preparatory measures. The GRB is organized as a non-profit GmbH. The educational institutions include the Studienkolleg Düsseldorf and the Rhenish Academy for Nursing and Health in Leverkusen

At the Studienkolleg Düsseldorf, we prepare international applicants who have acquired a university entrance qualification in their home country that is not recognized in Germany for the so-called assessment test. Our language courses at all levels round off the offering and pave the way for applicants to get into German universities.

To strengthen our young and international team in Düsseldorf, we are looking for:

(Junior) Marketing Manager: Focus on online marketing

Tasks

Conception and implementation of marketing strategies, market and competition analysis or the further development and implementation of specific marketing measures

Initiation, planning, implementation and evaluation of campaigns to increase awareness and lead generation across all relevant channels such as AdWords, social media, Linkedin (both on internal and external platforms)

Planning and development of holistic SEO strategies for performance-oriented online marketing

Strategic planning and implementation of social media management: content management, performance monitoring, goal setting and achievement for social media channels

Creation of content for homepages, newsletters, presentations, brochures, etc.

Monitoring of the measures carried out for success and/or optimization analysis

Sales support (e.g. inquiry management on social media platforms)

qualification

Successfully completed studies or comparable training in the economic sector such as business administration, (digital) marketing, communication and media studies or in the humanities, linguistics or similar.

At least one year of professional experience in online marketing/social media marketing

Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English, other foreign languages ​​(Arabic, Persian, Spanish, etc.) are an advantage, but not a requirement

Confident handling of common MS Office applications

Understanding of SEO/algorithms & budget optimization

Solution-oriented & responsible mindset

Independent, organized & structured way of working

Empathy & team spirit

Good knowledge of CMS software (e.g. WordPress) and graphics programs (e.g. Photoshop and InDesign etc.) is an advantage
