Junior Channel & Customer Marketing Manager (m/f/d) On Trade
YOUR TASK
You support the team in developing strategic channel & customer marketing planning for the defined on-trade focus brands
You develop, implement and monitor innovative channel and customer marketing measures in coordination with the team and support product (re)launches
You will be responsible for analyzing relevant business parameters and monitoring competitive activities
You coordinate cross-departmental POSM processes
You develop and create briefings, sales arguments and reports
You manage and are responsible for the project budget
You are responsible for the communication and coordination of external partners, customers, service providers and internal interfaces
YOUR PROFILE
You have completed your business studies with a focus on marketing, communication or sales or have a comparable qualification
You bring initial experience, e.g. through qualified internships in channel & customer management, (trade) marketing or key account of a branded goods company in the FMCG industry
You are enthusiastic about Italian drinking culture, lifestyle brands, innovations and have an affinity for gastronomy
You are an organizational talent with a very results-oriented way of working, reliability, a hands-on mentality and a strong sales mindset
You are characterized by creativity, strong communication skills, persuasiveness and negotiation skills combined with diplomacy and team spirit
You have quick comprehension coupled with logical thinking skills
You have business fluent German and English skills
You have very good MS Office knowledge
You are ready to travel (approx. 1-2 days/month)
