What awaits you?
Planning, creation and personalization of customer loyalty measures (focus: email marketing and marketing automation) including topic planning, target group segmentation and campaign implementation
Assist in the design, development and implementation of strategies to improve and personalize customer journeys to increase customer loyalty
Operational support in carrying out all CRM activities for our core markets
Proactive collaboration with internal departments (including campaign planning, marketing, customer service) and external partners (agencies)
Identification of upselling and cross-selling potential and development of appropriate measures to increase sales
Performance analysis, ongoing evaluation and reporting of relevant KPIs for ongoing campaigns and CRM programs
Continuous market and competition observation to identify CRM trends and integrate them into work
What should you bring with you?
First professional experience (at least 1 year) in the area of email marketing and CRM in a digital environment
Successfully completed studies in business administration with a focus on marketing or a similar area as well as relevant professional experience in the areas of CRM and direct marketing
Knowledge of CLR, CLV and other relevant CRM KPIs
Strong analytical and communication skills, as well as conceptual thinking and organized work
High level of commitment, personal responsibility and resilience
Innovative and practice-oriented mindset paired with pragmatism and the ability to tackle things hands-on
Experience working with Klaviyo or similar CRM tools is a plus
You have business fluent German and fluent English skills
